General Rules:

• Respect everyone on this site.
• You must have a main account (for OOC, character creations, etc.)
and one account per character.
• No spamming, double-posting, or advertising outside of the
advertising boards.
• Try not to use chatspeak. It can be hard for some to
understand.
• No cursing out of character, even with stars or symbols.
• Let a staff member know if anyone breaks the rules, makes
you uncomfortable, etc. Seriously, if there is anything you want
to see changed or needs a staff's attention, don't be afraid
to ask.
• The most important rule: have fun!

Roleplaying Rules:

• Characters will need to be accepted before you can start
Role playing. (This is so I can keep track of how many we have
of what and so I also know that I can move the bio to the right
place.)
• This is a literate role playing site so please use proper grammar
and spelling. There is a spell checker at the bottom of each post;
you can find it here.
• You should have at least one hundred words when you're
posting, not including codes.
• Please post in third person, past tense.
• Be creative with your characters. No one likes to see the same
old personalities and no two characters are the same.
• Cursing is allowed in character, but please keep it to a minimum.
• You may have as many characters as you want, as long as you
can handle it.
• Liquid time is allowed (having a character in more than one
thread at a time).
• Don't power play. Even for minor things are not allowed. If you
must, ask the other role player(s) for permission first.
• You must role play your character's death. Let a staff member
know when they die so their thread can be moved to the
appropriate board.
• No power playing or god modding
• What happens in the thread isn't directed at you; it's aimed at
your character. Don't take it personally.
• You can have more then one character in a post.

Activity Rules:

• Members should post at least once every two weeks.
• Post in the away board if you are leaving, will be inactive, etc. If you
don't, particularly during an activity check, your account may be
deleted.
• Those with high positions must keep those characters active, or else
you will be demoted.
